NatGold Ambassador Program — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the NatGold Ambassador Program (the “Program”), administered by Wealth Daily LLC dba Angel Publishing (“Angel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on behalf of NatGold Digital Ltd. (“NatGold”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Ambassador in the Program. By enrolling, you (“Ambassador”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The NatGold Ambassador Program is designed to reward approved individuals and businesses for promoting the NatGold Pre-Market Token Access Program to their audiences through authorized channels. Ambassadors are compensated based on confirmed registrations and fulfilled sales of NatGold Tokens that result from their promotional efforts.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in promotional programs of this nature is legally permitted
• Represent either yourself as an individual or an authorized business entity
• Accept and comply with these Terms in full

3. Registration and Tracking

Each Ambassador will be assigned a unique referral link used to track registrations and sales attributed to their promotional activities. Only registrations and sales completed through your assigned link will be eligible for commissions or bonuses.

4. Approved Content and Compliance

• Use only materials, messaging, and talking points provided or pre-approved by Angel
• Follow the NatGold Media Policy, which forms part of these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC Endorsement Guidelines
• Avoid making false, misleading, or unverified claims about the NatGold Token, Angel, or NatGold Digital Ltd.

5. Compensation

5.1 Cash Commission

You will earn a 5% commission on gross proceeds from fulfilled NatGold Token sales that originate through your unique referral link. A Fulfilled Sale is defined as a complete, paid order made through the Token Access Program portal following a confirmed registration.

Commission payments will be made within 15 business days of NatGold receiving the proceeds of each Fulfilled Sale.

5.2 Bonus Token Awards

The top three Ambassadors will receive additional NatGold Token bonuses based on total Fulfilled Sales:

• 1st Place: 100 NatGold Tokens
• 2nd Place: 50 NatGold Tokens
• 3rd Place: 25 NatGold Tokens

Bonus Tokens will be distributed directly by NatGold to designated wallet addresses within 5 days following the Pre-Market Beta Test Trading Day.

6. Token Participation and Disclaimer

Ambassadors are allowed to participate in the Token Access Program personally.

This program and the NatGold Token do not constitute an offer or sale of securities. No part of the Program or its materials shall be construed as investment advice, a solicitation, or a financial promotion.

7. Program Limitations

• Sales and registrations not attributed to your assigned link (e.g., via NatGold’s website) are not eligible for commissions or bonuses.
• Angel and NatGold reserve the right to disqualify any Ambassador who violates these Terms or engages in deceptive or fraudulent practices.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective as of your enrollment date and remain in force until:

• The conclusion of the Pre-Market Beta Test Trading Day and final settlement of earned compensation, or
• 12 months after enrollment, unless earlier terminated

Either party may terminate your participation at any time by written notice. Angel may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any breach.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared with you in connection with the Program, including marketing plans, customer data, and performance metrics.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Angel and NatGold are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• All program materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maryland, which shall also govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
